Baji Quan 八极拳 A combative style, features explosive, short range power and is famous for its elbow strikes. Also known as “the bodyguard style” for being used by the last emperor’s and Mao Zedong’s bodyguards.
Pigua Zhang 劈挂掌 Features explosive, long-range power. A Pigua zhang practitioner gains the ability to use his arms in a relaxed and loosen way, a skill used to inflict heavy long reach blows at the opponent.
Jingang Bashi 金刚八势 An original Shaolin inner court martial art, one of the few that survived the demolition of the famous monastry. Known for its fast and continuous strikes and agile footwork, this rare art is taught by only a handful of teachers in all of China.
Li style Taiji quan 太极拳 This style was created by the famous martial artists Li Rui Dong. Being an expert of several martial arts, he incorporated in his Tai Ji skills and techniques of Xing Yi Quan, Ba Gua Zhang and Shaolin boxing, thus creating a truly unique style of this internal martial art.
Xingyi Quan 形意拳 Form/Intention Boxing. One of the major internal Chinese martial arts, which is characterized by aggressive, seemingly linear movements and explosive power. A practitioner of xingyiquan uses coordinated movements to generate bursts of power intended to overwhelm the opponent, simultaneously attacking and defending.
Chuo Jiao 戳 脚
"South - fist, North- Kick". This famous Chinese proverb is well illustrated in the northern style of Chuo Jiao. The style gives the practitioner a vast arsenal of kicks, from toe crushing kicks to head high kicks.
